A New Standard of Wellbeing

Revolutionizing Healing Through Connection

Who We Are

Transforming Therapy, One Relationship at a Time

Sociotherapy is more than just a profession—it’s a fast-growing movement, and a new way of thinking about social and mental health, healing, and wellbeing.

For too long, therapy has focused on individual pathology, isolating problems from the relationships, environments, and systems that shape them. Sociotherapy changes that.

By blending clinical sociology, evidence-based practice (EBP), and relational healing, we help people, families, communities, and organizations transform the way they relate—with themselves, with each other, and with the world.

Sociotherapy Interventionists support the academic community by designing research-based interventions that translate theory into real-world, transformative change. They bridge the gap between scholarship and practice, ensuring that sociological insights lead to meaningful impact in communities, organizations, and policy.

Our Mission

We are redefining mental health as relational health.

Healing Happens Together.

🔹 We believe healing happens in connection, not isolation.
🔹 We see individuals as deeply embedded in relationships, families, and social systems.
🔹 We recognize that sustainable change happens through partnership, not top-down solutions.

Why Sociotherapy?

Sociotherapy isn’t just a new method—it’s a necessary shift in how we approach social and mental health, personal growth and healing.

🚀 We are pioneering an exciting career path in Clinical Sociology.
🌍 We bring therapy into workplaces, communities, and educational institutions.
🔍 We turn sociology into a hands-on, practical tool for transformation.

Our Story

Sociotherapy was created out of a deep need for a more relational, systemic, and practical approach to wellbeing. For years, the field of sociology has provided incredible insights into human relationships, social systems, and cultural influences—but there was no clear path for sociologists to apply these insights in clinical practice.

Today, we train the next generation of Sociotherapists, equipping them with the skills to facilitate healing, guide systemic change, and reshape the future of mental health.
